When you call me cold, it’s hard for myself
Rather call this off than cover my mug
They’d still be coming, holding out his tongue
Then they’d forget dark me, and I’d open my
For the longest time, they conquered my heart, yet it’s only her mark
In the road, I saw the song of my home, and it pounds like crashing waves
And I’m passing the waves, and it’s wave after wave, in their comments of doubt
They couldn’t fall, myself, made a call
And you can’t make it so, and you can’t make it so
And you’re coming alone, calm my brains
And you can’t make it so, and you can’t please the days
Are they coming alone? Calm myself, made a call, de-cell
My home, my rage, my only soul
DAIISTAR is a lot of fun. I first heard them at Austin Psych Fest before Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. My husband and I were so impressed, so I made sure to remember the band name. Tracemaker is the song that got our attention as we were waiting for BRMC. I love the sound and vibe of DAIISTAR. Michelle May
Shoegaze and soft psychedelia hold hands on this mellow Canadian release which features some subtly great lead guitar. Bandcamp New & Notable May 19, 2017
A slow drip of Tropicália-infused psychedelia from New Orleans rock outfit Blue Basin: balmy one moment, aggressive the next. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 22, 2022
Never get tired of watching GNOD live. a ferocious blend of feedback, astonishing riffing, bleeding guitars and feedback so aggressive you have to take a step back. This great album is slightly more experimental though! jonezyboy
